In less than a week Cambridge Bay will have access to fresh leafy greens that weregrown locally in Nunavut.

HOW IT WORKS.

Monthly growing schedule created.List Item 1
At the begining of every month the Kugluktuk greenhouse will send us a list of what will be available for export to Cambridge Bay that month.

Aaliak website updated.List Item 2
Aaliak has created a website in which the items available to Cambridge Bay will be put on the website with the availability date. Clients in Cambridge Bay can then pre purchase the vegetables that are made available online.

Order placed.List Item 3
At the end of the week, Aaliak sends a list of presold Kugluktuk Greens to the Kugluktuk Greenhouse for processing. They will then remove and package the veges in insulated boxes and bring to Canadian North who has partnered with us to ship the goods to Cambridge Bay.

DAY OF ARRIVALList Item 4
Kugluktuk vegetables arrive in Cambridge Bay and we immediately take the orders and deliver to the clients place of work or residence on the day of arrival.

END OF THE MONTH
Aaliak generates a monthly sales list, we then submit payment to the Hamlet of Kugluktuk for the montlhy purchases. Aaliak then writes a cheque to the Municipality of Cambridge Bay's Food Bank as all profits will go to support the food bank in Cambridge Bay.
New monthly availability list is provided and the program continues on.
